Drawing is a skill that anyone can learn with the right guidance. Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to art after many years, this course will help you build confidence and develop a solid foundation in drawing.

Using Aliki’s proven 7-Step Drawing System, you’ll learn through a sequential, hands-on approach that breaks drawing into simple, achievable steps. Beginning with lines, shape families, and visual vocabulary, you’ll develop the skills to observe like an artist and draw with greater accuracy and expression.

Working with graphite, pen and ink, and touches of colour, you’ll explore essential techniques including proportion, contour drawing, shading, texture, perspective, and composition. Guided demonstrations and personalized instruction ensure each student progresses at their own pace in a supportive, encouraging environment.

By the end of the program, you’ll not only have completed a collection of finished drawings—you’ll have learned how to truly see, think, and draw like an artist. Our “take-home skills” philosophy means you’ll leave with practical techniques and the confidence to continue drawing long after the course is over.

A basic drawing kit is provided which includes all the drawing materials required for the course & a sketchbook.
