Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Cancellations Within One Week

We’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made within one week of your camp’s start date. However, we may issue a credit in cases of illness or other unexpected circumstances.

Cancellations or Transfers Within Two Weeks

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration within two full weeks of the camp start date, you’ll receive a full credit on your account for future use.

Cancellations More Than Two Weeks in Advance

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the camp start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Transfers

Transfers to another camp or date must be requested at least two weeks in advance. If space is available, we’re happy to make the change at no extra cost.
