Our Weekly Summer Saturday Series is designed for students who aren’t able to join camps during the week. Classes take place every Saturday morning (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM) throughout the summer. No class on August long weekend.

What Students Will Learn

Through a sequential and progressive curriculum, students will:

• build essential drawing fundamentals
• learn to “see” like an artist
• practice techniques for realistic, observational drawing
• embrace mistakes as part of the creative process
• explore both representational and abstract approaches
• work through exercises + complete finished art pieces

Instruction blends demonstration and guided exploration, helping students gain confidence while discovering the joy of drawing. In just one hour of instruction, your child will draw independently with confidence.

Art Materials

Students will experiment with expressive media such as:

• coloured pencil
• pen & marker
• chalk & oil pastel
• tempera paint
• charcoal
• mixed-media combinations

Who It’s For

• ideal for ages 7 and older

• suitable for beginners and drawing enthusiasts

• no prior formal instruction required

Students will proudly take home a collection of 10-12 art pieces, showcasing their progress and creativity.
