No drawing experience required! This comprehensive 15-hour camp teaches students a whole new way of looking at the world to confidently and accurately draw from life and visual references. The results are remarkable.
Students become aware of five ways of seeing the world and practice drawing realistically. Projects include drawing your own hand, portraits and full-dressed figures. This photo illustrates a student’s final artwork, who had no prior instruction.
Camp is geared to students ages 12 & older (i.e., starting grade 7). A take-home drawing kit, consisting of a sketchbook, range of pencils, erasers and a blending stick, is included in the camp fee.
