Drawing Fundamentals 2 for ages 8+

Teaching the World to Draw Since 1991!

Drawing Fundamentals 2 for ages 8+

Designed for students ages 8 and up, this intermediate-level drawing course builds on a solid foundation of drawing skills and visual literacy to support continued artistic growth.

Students will take on more complex projects that encourage creative thinking and technical development. Key areas of focus include colour theory, abstraction, advanced shading, drawing from life, and gestural sketching. These lessons help students refine their skills, deepen their understanding of artistic concepts, and begin to develop greater confidence and independence in their work.

This course is ideal for children and teens who are ready to move beyond basic techniques and explore more expressive and challenging forms of drawing in a supportive and engaging studio environment.

This class is best suited for students who have completed Drawing Fundamentals 1 or Beyond the Basics Summer Campat Aliki’s Art House.
