Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for 9-Month Programs at Aliki’s Art House

If you wish to withdraw from the program before its completion, one full month’s written
notice is required, provided at the start of the month prior to your final month of attendance.
For example, if you plan to finish at the end of April, notice must be given by March 1st.
When registering, you may choose a payment plan by paying:
• The studio registration fee (non-refundable)
• The first month’s tuition
• The course materials fee (non-refundable)
Remaining monthly fees can then be paid via auto-billing or e-transfer.
Please note: The studio registration fee and course materials fee are non-refundable under
any circumstances.

Missed Classes Policy

No make-up classes are offered for missed sessions.
• If you provide advance notice of an absence, the instructor may, at their discretion,
provide lesson materials or assignments in advance, provided it is suitable for the
student’s level and the planned curriculum.
